High Court of Himachal Pradesh, HCHP, Applications on the prescribed format are invited for filling up the following posts / vacancies in all the Civil & Sessions Divisions in the State of Himachal Pradesh, post : Judgment Writer, Steno-Typist, Clerk, Driver, Process Server

1. Judgment Writer :
No of post : 34 Posts (32-UR and 2-SC)
Age Limit : Age Limit : Below 18 years of age as on the first day of January of the Recruitment year i.e 2013 and not more than 45 years of age on that date.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- per month + Grade pay Rs. 3800/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Possessing minimum qualification of Graduation from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 60 W.P.M. on computers.

2. Steno-Typist :
No of post : 26 Posts (18-UR, 4-SC, 2-ST & 2-OBC).
Age Limit : Below 18 years of age as on the first day of January of the Recruitment year i.e 2013 and not more than 45 years of age on that date.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5910 to 20200/- per month + Grade pay Rs. 2000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 60 W.P.M. on computers.

3. Clerk :
No of post : 147 Posts (87-UR, 29-SC, 16-ST, 2-Disabled & 11-OBC)
Age Limit : Below 18 years of age as on the first day of January of the Recruitment year i.e 2013 and not more than 45 years of age on that date.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5910 to 20200/- per month + Grade pay Rs. 2000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and candidate have to qualify a typing Test in English on computer at the speed of 50 W.P.M.

4. Driver :
No of post : 04 Posts (4-UR)
Age Limit : Age Limit : Below 18 years of age as on the first day of January of the Recruitment year i.e 2013 and not more than 45 years of age on that date.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5910 to 20200/- per month + Grade pay Rs. 2000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculate and possessing a valid driving license for LMV transport having driving experience of 5 years. Preference shall be given to those having good mechanical knowledge of Automobiles.

5. Process Server :
No of post : 14 Posts (6-UR, 2-SC, 3-ST, Disable & 3-OBC)
Age Limit : Below 18 years of age as on the first day of January of the Recruitment year i.e 2013 and not more than 45 years of age on that date.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 4900 to 10680/- per month + Grade pay Rs. 1400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Having passed 10+2 examination from the recognized Board.

Fees/Application Fee:
The candidates are required to submit application fee in the shape of crossed Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla payable at Shimla. The fee for Class-III posts is Rs. 200/- for General Category, Rs. 150/- for reserved category and such fee for Class-IV posts is `150/- for General Category, Rs. 100/- for reserve category.

Last Date of Application Submission : So as to reach on or before 28.11.2013.
