1. Director (Human Resource) : 01 post, Maximum Age Limit: 45 years as on 1.4.2009, Pay Band : Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay – 10000.
Qualification & experience: ACS ”or” PG Degree in Economics / Commerce / Management or Law degree. Should have 15 years experience of which 5 years relevant experience in a Senior Executive position in Industry / Academic Institutions / Professional Bodies / Associations of similar nature & with proven leadership qualities & good interpersonal and IT skills.
2. Assistant Education Officer : 03 posts, Age Limit: 35 years as on 1.4.2009, Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay – 4800.
Qualification & experience: A Graduate degree from a recognized University and final pass of CS/CA/CWA examination. ‘OR’ Post Graduate Degree in Commerce / Law / Management with 50% marks. Experience preferred but not essential.
3. Desk Officer (Career Awareness) : 01 post, Maximum Age Limit: 35 years as on 1.4.2009, Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay – 4800.
Qualification & experience: ACS “OR” Post Graduate Degree in Commerce or Law or Management with 50% marks. 1-2 years post qualification experience as Counsellors / Placement Officers or Education Officers in Industry / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature.
4. Desk Officer (Legal) : 01 post, Maximum Age Limit: 35 years as on 1.4.2009, Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay – 4800.
Qualification & experience: Degree in Law / LL.M. with 50% marks. Minimum 1-2 yrs post qualification experience in programming on MS.Net, Crystal Report and SQL Server. Excellent candidates with less experience may also be considered for this post. Must have managed at least one project on MS.Net and SQL Server independently.
5. Desk Officer (SST – IT) : 01 post, Maximum Age Limit: 35 years as on 1.4.2009, Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay – 4800.
Qualification & experience: MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or equivalent with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized Institute / University. Minimum 1-2 yrs post qualification experience in programming on MS.Net, Crystal Report and SQL Server. Excellent candidates with less experience may also be considered for this post. Must have managed at least one project on MS.Net and SQL Server independently.
6. Driver : 01 post, Maximum Age Limit: 35 years as on 1.4.2009, Pay Band : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay – 1900.
Qualification & experience: Matriculation ( 10th Std.) and valid commercial driving license. 2 years experience as a Driver.
