The Company is now planning to recruit suitable persons to occupy the following Posts: Company Secretary, Assistant Manager Marketing, Assistant Manager Materials, Assistant Manager R&D, Personal Secretary

1. COMPANY SECRETARY :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : 40 years [relaxable at the discretion of management for deserving candidates] with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
Scale of Pay: G-12 on 40640-1000-48640-1100-57440 (With Dearness Allowance at State Government Rates)
Essential Qualification & Experience : A first class degree from a University recognised by Government/ KPSC. Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. CA/ICWA Intermediate pass desirable. Five years post qualification experience as Company Secretary after obtaining Associate Membership.

2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MARKETING) :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : 40 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
Scale of pay:- G-9 on Rs. 22360-560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37940 (With Dearness Allowance at State Govt. rates.)
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech in Agricultural / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks with MBA specialised in Marketing and minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in Marketing.

3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MATERIALS) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : 40 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
Scale of pay:– G-9 on Rs. 22360-560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37940 (With Dearness Allowance at State Govt. rates.)
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks. M Tech desirable. Minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in design activities.

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER (R & D) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : 40 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
Scale of Pay : G-9 on Rs. 22360-560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37940 (With Dearness Allowance at State Govt. rates.)
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks. M Tech desirable. Minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in design activities.

5. PERSONAL SECRETARY :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : 40 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
Scale of Pay : G-9 on Rs. 22360-560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37940 (With Dearness Allowance at State Govt. rates.)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree from a recognised University. Diploma in Commercial Practice ( DCP) /equivalent. Written and oral Communication skill in English with knowledge of computer word processing and typing English & Malayalam. 3 years experience in similar capacity.
