National Book Trust, NBT, A professional body established by the Government of India in the year 1957 for the promotion of books and reading habits in the country is looking for young, dynamic & motivated candidate fulfilling eligibility conditions, for the following positions on regular basis as detailed below for its head office at New Delhi and regional offices at Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangalore. post : Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Superintendent, Accountant, Assistant

1. Deputy Director :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 55 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates Possess Bachelor’s of Graduate Degree from a recognized University. Must have 15 years of experience at senior management levels in the field of Administration / organization and management of editorial / production sales and promotion activities.

2. Assistant Director :
No of post : 03 posts
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates Possess Bachelor’s of Graduate Degree from a recognized University. Must have 10 years of experience at senior management levels in the field of Administration / organization and management of editorial / production sales and promotion activities.

3. Superintendent :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 55 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates Possess Bachelor’s of Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University. Must have 15 years of experience at senior management levels in the field of Administration / organization and management of editorial / production sales and promotion activities.

4. Accountant :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 30 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates Possess Bachelor’s of Graduate Degree / CA-ICWA-Finance from a recognized University.

5. Assistant :
No of post : 03 posts
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 30 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates Possess Bachelor’s of Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
