1. Dean, Postgraduate Studies :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Ph.D in any discipline of Agriculture. ii) Masters’ degree in any discipline of Agriculture. iii) Bachelors’ degree in any discipline of Agriculture. At least second division at Bachelor’s level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50 out of 10.00 at Masters’ level. iv) Twelve years’ experience in teaching / research / extension in any discipline of Agriculture* in a College / Institution out of which at least 5 years must be as Professor / equivalent

2. Director of Research :

Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Ph.D in any discipline of Agriculture. ii) Masters’ degree in any discipline of Agriculture. iii) Bachelors’ degree in any discipline of Agriculture. At least second division at Bachelor’s level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50 out of 10.00 at Masters’ level. iv) Twelve years’ experience in teaching / research / extension in any discipline of Agriculture* in a College / Institution out of which at least 5 years must be as Professor / equivalent

3. Director of Extension Education :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Ph.D in any discipline of Agriculture. ii) Masters’ degree in any discipline of Agriculture. iii) Bachelors’ degree in any discipline of Agriculture. 4. Comptroller :

Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Graduate with second division or a Postgraduate. ii) Must have passed S.A.S. Examination held by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India / State Finance Department or Higher Standard Departmental Examination of the PAU. iii) Must have 9 years experience in a supervisory capacity in financial management / administration out of which he / she must have 4 years experience of Accounts Officer/Deputy Registrar or equivalent in Govt. / Public Sector preferably in a University.

5. Associate Professor (Soil Fertility) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- AGP Rs. 9000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) B.Sc. (Agri.) / B.Sc. (Horticulture) / B.Sc.(Forestry) / B.Sc (Med.) / B.Sc.(Non-Med.). ii) Ph.D in Soil Science with specialization in Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition. iii) At least second division at Bachelor’s level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50 out of 10.00 at Master’s level. iv) Eight years experience in teaching / research / extension education in the relevant area at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent. (The period spent in obtaining Ph.D. degree will not be counted as research / teaching / extension experience).

6. Seed Production Specialist :

17. Accounts Officer :

Essential Qualification & Experience : i) At least second class Graduate or an M.A. or equivalent of a recognized University. ii) Must have passed SAS Examination held by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India/ State Finance Department OR Higher Standard Departmental Examination conducted by the PAU.

18. Admn-cum-Accounts Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- AGP Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : At least Graduate ii) Must have passed SAS Examination or Higher Standard Departmental Examination conducted by PAU for its own employees.

19. Security Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 10300/- AGP Rs. 5000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : At least second class Graduate or an M.A. or equivalent of a recognized University. ii) Must have passed SAS Examination held by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India/ State Finance Department OR Higher Standard Departmental Examination conducted by the PAU.

20. Network-cum-Programming Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800-/- AGP Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer applications OR Master’s in Information Technology/Computer Application ii) Must have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi language.

21. Assistants at KVKs :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- AGP Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer applications OR Master’s in Information Technology / Computer Application ii) Must have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi language.

22. Coach (Hockey) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- AGP Rs. 3600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Master’s degree in Sports from National Institute of Sports, Patiala or any other recognized Institution OR Diploma in Coaching (Hockey) from NIS, Patiala or any other recognized Institution after graduation. ii) Two years experience as Hockey coaching in any recognized Institution. iii) Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matriculation  level.
Desirable : Those candidates will be given preference who have experience in coaching teams for Universities / Inter-Universities / State / National level competitions.
