Hindustan Salts Limited (HSL) is a Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, New Delhi. It is the only PSU involved in the manufacture and sale of Edible and Industrial Salt, Rock Salt and Liquid Bromine at its works at Kharaghoda, Distt. Surendranagar (Gujarat), Mandi (HP), and Sambhar Lake Distt. Jaipur (Rajasthan) having its Corporate Office at Jaipur. Company has set up a most modern fully Automatic Salt Refinery at Sambhar Salts Works, Gudha (Sambhar Lake), Subsidiary Company of HSL with production capacity of one lakh MT of refined industrial/edible iodised salt per annum. 1. General Manager (P&A) :

Age Limit : Maximum age limit 52 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 52850/- Per month plus DA excluding other allowances.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA with Degree preferably in Law OR Diploma in Personnel Management or IR or Labour Welfare equivalent or Social Welfare.

2. General Manager (W) :
No of post : 01 POst (UR-1)
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 52 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 52850/- Per month plus DA excluding other allowances.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech + MBA OR B.Tech. OR MBA. Ex Serviceman with required Administrative or Technical Experience may also apply.

3. Addl. General Manager (Gudha Salt Refinery) :
No of post : 01 POst (UR-1)
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 50 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 48320/- Per month plus DA excluding other allowances.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech + MBA OR B.Tech OR MBA. PG inorganic or Organic Chemistry.

4. Dy. General Manager (Tech) :

Age Limit : Maximum age limit 50 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 43790/- Per month plus DA excluding other allowances.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech. + MBA or equivalent or Higher Technical Qualification.

5. Dy. General Manager (Mines)
