1. Executive Engineer-Civil : 
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Five years’ experience in Assistant Engineer (Civil) Scale on Regular basis.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600 in Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.

2. Executive Engineer-Electrical :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University. Five years’ experience in Assistant Engineer (Elect) Scale on Regular basis.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600 in Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.

3. Assistant Engineer-civil :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Five years’ experience in Jr. Engineer. PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.
Scale of Pay : RS. 9300 to 34800 + 4600 Grade Pay.

4. Assistant Engineer-Electrical :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University. Five years’ experience in Jr. Engineer(Elect) PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.
Scale of Pay : RS. 9300 to 34800 + 4600 Grade Pay.

5. Junior Engineer (Civil) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute.
Scale of Pay : 9300 to 34800 + 4200 Grade Pay.

6. Junior Engineer – Electrical :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Electrical Engineer from a recognized Institute. PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.
Scale of Pay : RS. 9300 to 34800 + 4200 Grade Pay.

7. Assistant Administrative Officer :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Officer/Official holding analogous post on regular basis or having 7 years of regular service in Central/State/Govt. of NCT of Delhi preferably Govt. of NCT of Delhi. PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.
Scale of Pay : RS. 9300 to 34800 + 4200 Grade Pay.

8. Assistant :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Official holding analogous post on regular basis or having 08 years of regular service in Central/State/Govt. of NCT of Delhi preferably Govt. of NCT of Delhi. PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.
Scale of Pay : RS. 9300 to 34800 + 4200 Grade Pay.

9. Upper Division Clerk :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Official holding analogous post on regular basis or official rendered at least 8 years regular service in Central/State Govt./Govt. of NCT of Delhi, preferably Govt. of NCT of Delhi. PSU Undertaking on Deputation Basis.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-,
