Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr. Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, Manager Housing, Mechanical Engineer, Power Plant Safety Co-ordinator, IT Engineer, Project Engineer, Admin Manager, Document Manager, HR & Administration, Scheduler, Asst. Manager civil engineering.

A. Various disciplines Posts :
1. DGM :
No of post : 04 posts in various disciplines.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech/BE Mechanical, 15-18 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre out of which 4-5 years in a lead role in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW,

2. Manager :
No of post : 02 posts in various disciplines.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech/BE Electrical, 15-18 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre out of which 4-5 years in a lead role in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices.

3. Dy. Manager :
No of post : 04 posts in various disciplines.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/ Electrical), 15-18 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre out of which 4-5 years in a lead role in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience of working at a leading position in O&M of a Coal Handling Plant of not less than 100 MW and keeping the coal plant running in safe, stable, continuous manner and in compliance with all operational and EHS procedure and regulations.

4. Assistant Manager :
No of post : 30 posts in various disciplines.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute shall be preferred. 6-7 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS & RCA practices.

5. Sr. Assistant Manager :
No of post : 02 posts in various disciplines
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech/BE (Mechanical) with PG Diploma in Materials/Supply Chain Management, MBAs preferred. 8-12 years of experience in commercial department in executive cadre in Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in contract award and execution /material procurement processes.

6. Sr. Manager :
No of post : 01 posts in various disciplines.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute & BOE certificates shall be preferred.2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW about basic power plant operation and trouble shooting.

B. Various Contract Posts :
7. Lead STG & Feed Cycle Equipment :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 65% marks.6-7 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with power plant performance monitoring, experience in equipment condition monitoring and modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices.

8. Lead Steam Generator :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute and BOE certificates shall be preferred.2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS,RCA,RCM practices.

9. Lead CHP + ASP :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 65% marks.2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with performance monitoring and modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices.

10. Lead Construction Manager Housing Colony :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics and telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ computer Science & engineering.) 2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.

11. Mechanical Engineer :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Recognized degree in any branch of engineering with degree or diploma in industrial safety(Recognized by Govt. of Odisha) with adequate knowledge of Odia language.2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
Qualification Recognized degree in any branch of engineering with degree or diploma in industrial safety(Recognised by Govt. of Odisha) with adequate knowledge of Odia language.

12. Power Plant Safety Co-ordinator :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical), 2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience of working in O&M areas of a Coal Handling Plant of capacity 100 MW and keeping the coal plant running in safe, stable, continuous manner and in compliance with all operational and EHS procedure and regulations.

13. IT Engineer :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Electronics /Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute shall be preferred.2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW, conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS,RCA,RCM practices.

14. Project Engineer Mechanical :
No of post : 1 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute is preferred.2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW and must have worked at a voltage level of 220KV or more and its associated switchgear, conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS,RCA,RCM practices.

15. Project Engineer Electrical :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in any discipline and P.G. Degree/ Diploma in PM&IR/ MBA in HR or equivalent from recognised university/institution. 6-7 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.

16. Contracts & Admin Manager :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM and Knowledge of Computer operation will be an added advantage. Ex. Armed Force (SSC) / Paramilitary officer preferably CISF having 08 – 12 years of experience out of which at least 6 – 7 yrs. industrial experience of handling security functions of Govt./Semi-Govt./major Pvt. manufacturing units preferably in Power, Steel & Mines, Aluminium, Oil/Gas and Energy sector.

17. Document Manager & Skier :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in civil engineering3-4 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW.

18. HR & Administration :
No of post : 01 psot
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in civil engineering. 13-14 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW.

19. Scheduler :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in electrical engineering. 3-4 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW.

20. Asst. Manager Degree in civil engineering (Civil) :
No of post : 01 post
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in civil engineering. 2-3 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Must have experience in a power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW.
