State Farms Corporation of India, SFCI, Limited, under the Administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation is an apex body engaged in the production of quality seeds and distribution, invites applications from Indian Nationals for filling up the following posts on direct recruitment basis. post : Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Manager (Marketing), Management Trainee Human Resource/Management, Assistant (Human Resource)

1. Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Manager (Marketing.
No of post : 02 posts for OBC
Age Limit : AGM age Limit is 53 years and Manager Marketing 48 years.
Scale of Pay : Basic Pay of Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 20,600/- plus Dearness Allowance.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc.(Agri.) plus MBA[Mktg./Agri. Business Management] OR M.Sc. (Agriculture) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60% marks.

2. Management Trainee (Human Resource/Management) :
No of post : 03 Posts (UR-01, OBC-01, SC-01)
Age Limit : 30 / 33 / 35 Years for UR /OBC/SC respectively.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9400 to 25700/- (IDA). Basic Pay of Rs. 9400/- plus Dearness Allowance .
Essential Qualification & Experience : Two years full time P.G. Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HR Management OR 02 years full time MBA (HRM) from recognized University / Institution with minimum 60% marks.

3. Assistant (HR) Grade-I :
No of post : 4 Posts (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01)
Age Limit : 30 / 33 / 35 Years for UR /OBC/SC respectively.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9400 to 25700/- per month Basic Pay of Rs. 9400/- plus DA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : BBA/BCA/BA (Personnel Management) with minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University / Institution with 02 years’ experience in related field OR Graduate with minimum of 55% marks with one year PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management with 5 years’ experience in the related field.
