Odisha State Health & Family Welfare Society, OSHFWS, Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts under National Rural Health Mission, Odisha on contractual basis for a period of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per Society norms basing on the performance and subsistence of the programme. 1. Programme Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in any of the Social Sciences / Public Health / MBA (except Finance) from a recognised University / Institution with minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a mid level management position in the health sector.

2. Nurse Trainers :
No of post : 04 Posts (SC-01, ST-01, UR-02)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Nursing with 2 years post qualification experience, preferably in the labour room OR Diploma in Nursing with minimum 5 years post qualification experience, preferably in the labour room. Must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council.

3. Assistant Manager Procurement & Logistic :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in any subject / MBA (except Finance) with PGDCA from a reputed University / Institution and 3 years of post qualification experience in Logistic Management.

4. District VBD Consultant :
No of post : 01 Post (ST/SC-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. Rs. 28,600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Zoology Entomology or Life Sciences. For Life Science candidates, Zoology as one of the subject at degree level is must. She should have computer knowledge in MS Office.

5. Logistic Manager :
No of post : 04 Posts (SC – 02, ST – 02)
Scale of Pay : Rs. Rs. 16000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Pharma from a reputed University / Institution with 1 year of post qualification experience in drug management / material management / logistic management with computer knowledge in MS Office.

6. Regional Vaccine & Cold Chain Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (ST-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate with Diploma in Material Management or Storage Management with distribution from a reputed University / Institution. Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in Logistic Management.
She should have computer knowledge in MS Office.

7. Assistant Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (ST-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in Social Work / Social Science from a reputed University / Institution preferably in Sociology / Rural Development with 3 years of post qualification experience in social sector. Computer Knowledge in MS Office is required.

8. Programme Associate :
No of post : 04 Posts (SC – 02, ST – 02)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have Masters Degree in Social Work or Social Sciences or Graduation in Law or Degree in Management from a recognised University / Institution. S/he should be well versed in English & Odia.

9. District Data Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (ST-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E / B. Tech (IT / Computer Science) / MCA from a recognized University / Institution with 1 year post qualification experience.

10. Consultant-cum Programme Manager:
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (except Finance) from a recognised University / Institution with 2 years post qualification experience in Health / Govt. sector. Computer literacy (MS-Office) & knowledge of internet use is must.

11. Hospital Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (ST-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 21600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate with PG or PG Diploma in Hospital / Health management / Administration from an accredited Institution / College / University. Computer literacy (MS-Office) & knowledge of internet use is must.

12. Research Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 18000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : PG in Biology or Life Science from a recognised University / Institution with 50% marks. Desirable-experience of working in Sickle Cell / Thalassemia Project.

13. Ophthalmic Assistant :
No of post : 21 Posts (ST-14 UR-07)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9690/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 2 (two) years diploma course in Optometry or trained as Ophthalmic Assistant in any of the recognized govt. hospitals as per guidelines of NPCB.
Desirable:- Familiarity with computer and internet use.

14. Convergence & Community Process Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 41600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in Social Work / MPH / MBA (except Finance) from a reputed University / Institution. Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Social sector, out of which minimum 1 year experience in Health sector. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

15. Accounts Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 36400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : The Candidate should have an inter CA / inter ICWA / MBA (Finance – regular candidates from reputed university / institution). The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience.

16. Data Manager :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 36400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : The Candidate should have B.E. / B. Tech. (IT / Computer Science) / MCA from a reputed University / Institution. Should have minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience, preferably in health sector. Working with Govt. System will be an added advantage. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used MS Office and data base packages is required.
