Aligarh Muslim University, AMU Higher initial start may be given to the  candidates possessing exceptional qualifications and experience. Fresh applications on the prescribed form are invited for the following posts:

A. Registrar: 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.16400-22400/-plus allowances.
Qualifications experience: (i)  A Master’s Degree with atleast 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
(ii)  At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr. Scale) / Lecturer with 8 years in Reader’s Grade along with experience in educational administration.

B. Controller of Examinations: 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.16400-22400/-
Qualifications experience: (i) A Master’s  degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
(ii)At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr.Scale)/ Lecturer with eight years in Reader’s grade alongwith experience in educational administration including examinations.

C. Finance Officer: 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.16400-22400/-
Qualifications experience: (i) A Master’s  degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
(ii) At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr.Scale) /Lecturer with eight years in Reader’s grade alongwith experience in educational administration  including finance and accounts.

D. University Librarian, Maulana Azad Library: 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.16400-22400/-
Qualifications experience: (i)Master’s  degree  in  library  science/information science/documentation with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record;
(ii)At least thirteen years as a Deputy Librarian in a university library or eighteen years’ experience as a College Librarian.
(iii)Evidence of  innovative library service and organisation of published work.

DESIRABLE : M.Phil. /Ph.D. degree in library science/information science/  documentation/ archives and manuscript-keeping.
