Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Applications are invited on plain paper for filling up the following posts in IIT Gandhinagar:
A. Senior Library Information Assistant: 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) Grade pay Rs. 4200/-, Age limit: Should not more than 32 years. Qualification & Experience: Any Degree from a
recognised university/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Library Science of a recognised university/Experience of two years in a library/Computerisation of Library.
B. PS to Director & PA to Registrar: 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 (PB-2) Grade pay Rs. 4200/-, Age limit: Should not more than 32 years. Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree or Bachelors degree with 2 years relevant experience. Knowledge of Computer Office applications & Secretarial practices.
C. Junior Accountant: 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) Grade pay Rs. 2400/-, Age limit: Should not more than 27 years. Qualification & Experience: B.Com + 2 years relevant experience +
knowledge of accounting software.
D. Junior Assistant: 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) Grade pay Rs. 2000/-, Age limit: Should not more than 27 years. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with Knowledge of computer office applications.
E. Jr. Lab Assistant: 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) Grade pay Rs.2000/-, Age limit: Should not more than 27 years. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field or Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in appropriate field. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
F. Jr. Attendant – Semi Skilled (Lab. Attendant): 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) Grade pay Rs. 1800/-, Age limit: Should not more than 27 years. Qualification & Experience: 10th Standard pass with one year of relevant training in relevant trade.

Fees: Demand Draft of Rs.50/- (No fee for SC/ST candidates) drawn on a nationalized Bank payable at Mumbai,in favour of IIT Gandhinagar.
