1. Professor :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 37400 to 67000/- per month with AGP of Rs. 10000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and / or research / policy papers. A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university / college.

2. Associate Professor :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 37400 to 67000/- per month with AGP of Rs. 9000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. degree in the concerned / allied / relevant disciplines. A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and / or research in an academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University

3. Assistant Professor :
No of post : 12 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month with AGP of Rs. 6000/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR.

same. The Candidate should submit the printout of the application form along with all enclosures to the Assistant Registrar, Administration-Teaching, University of Pune, Maharastra, Pune – 411007, on or before 10.10.2013.

Fees/Application Fee:
Application should be accompanied with a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- (for Open Category) and Rs. 300/- (for candidates belonging to reserved categories), of nationalized bank drawn in favour of “The Registrar, University of
Pune”, payable at Pune.
