Employees’ State Insurance Corporation , ESIC, is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament and works under the administrative control of Ministry of Labour &
Employment, Government of India. The Corporation proposes to start Post Graduate Medical
Courses/Colleges in its hospitals and action has been initiated to obtain the approval of Central
Government and Medical Council of India. Post Graduate Medical courses w.e.f. the academic session 2010-11. Applications in the prescribed format are invited for Teaching Faculty in proposed ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (ESI PGIMSR) in ESI Hospital at various places in India.

A. Professor : Scale of Pay : Rs. 18,400-500-22,400. (Pre-revised) +NPA, Essential Qualification & Experience : The applicant must possess minimum qualification as prescribed by Medical Council of India-Minimum qualification for Teachers in Medical Institute regulations, 1998 & MCI PG Medical Education Regulation, 2000. Having 12 Years experience of teaching in concerned specialty from an MCI Recognized teaching hospital after obtaining PG Degree out of which 4 years as Associate Professor on /full time basis. Age Limit: Not to exceeding 64 years.
B. Associate Professor : Scale of Pay : Rs. 14,300-400-18,300 (Pre-revised)+NPA, Essential Qualification & Experience : The applicant must possess minimum qualification as prescribed by Medical Council of India-Minimum qualification for Teachers in Medical Institute regulations, 1998 & MCI PG Medical Education Regulation,2000(As amended from time to time. Having 8 Years experience of teaching in concerned specialty from an MCI Recognized teaching hospital after obtaining PG Degree out of which 5 years as Assistant Professor on full time basis. Age Limit: Not to exceeding 64 years.
C. Assistant Professor : Scale of Pay : Rs. 11,625-325-15,200 (Pre-revised)+NPA, Essential Qualification & Experience : The applicant must possess minimum qualification as prescribed by Medical Council of India-Minimum qualification for Teachers in Medical Institute regulations, Having 03 Years experience of teaching in concerned specialty from an MCI Recognized teaching hospital after obtaining PG Degree. Age Limit: Not to exceeding 64 years.
