Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, HAL a Navaratna Company, is a premier Aeronautics Industry of South East Asia, with 19 Production/Service Divisions and 10 co-located R&D Centres spread across the Country. HAL has established a Corporate Executive Development Centre, “HAL Management Academy (HMA)”, to enable learning, innovation and improvement. HMA as a Centre for Excellence offers training in Management development Programs as well as functional areas to executives of the Company. Existing visiting Faculty are also invited to empanel themselves.
 
Visiting Faculty for Executive Development Programs (EDP) in the various field: Management, Engineering, Law, Computers, Behavioral Sciences, Languages and other General Subjects.

Qualification and Experience: PG Degree from a Recognised University/Doctorate level qualification with relevant industry. Experience in teaching at Executive Development Programs/Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of Academic and/or Industry post qualification experience.
