RITES Ltd., a premier consultancy organization proposes to recruit suitable technical personnel for the following positions. The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The place of posting would be Delhi or Mumbai. Requires : Professionals in Transport Planning and Transportation Engineering through Walk-in-interview. post : Assistant Manager, Engineer, Transport Planning, Transportation.

1. Assistant Manager – Transport Planning / Transportation Engineering :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Upper age Limit is 35 years as on 01.10.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 13000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidate must possess (i) a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with First Division AND (ii) a Master’s Degree in Transport Planning / Transportation Engineering or equivalent with First Division. Three years of experience in the field of Transport Planning / Traffic Engineering including Comprehensive traffic and transport studies, Integrated Multi modal public transport studies, Bus Transport Studies, Road Development Studies, short, medium and long term traffic engineering.

2. Engineer – Transport Planning / Transportation Engineering :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Upper age Limit is 30 years as on 01.10.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidate must possess (i) a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with First Division AND (ii) a Master’s Degree in Transport Planning / Transportation Engineering or equivalent with First Division.
Desirable : Experience in the field of Transport Planning / Traffic Engineering including Comprehensive traffic and transport studies, Integrated Multi modal public transport studies, Bus Transport Studies, Road Development Studies, short, medium and long term traffic engineering and management schemes for urban areas.

After preliminary screening of the applications & certificates etc. submitted by the candidates in person, suitable candidates will be interviewed. Candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.
