Tripura University, TU, Walk-In-Interview Applications (along with filled in proforma enclosed herewith) in plain paper are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Assistant Professor (Contractual) for 1(one) year under DDE for MA Bengali and B.Ed Programmes. The Candidates will have no claim for absorption on regular basis in future or further employment in the University. The University reserves the right to cancel the above Walk-In-Interview at any stage without assigning any reason. Final decision regarding the selection of Assistant Professor (Contractual) shall be taken by the Tripura University authority and such decision shall remain final and binding on the Candidates. post : Assistant Professor

Assistant Professor : On Contractual Basis.
No of post : 03 Posts (UR-1 Bengali, UR-1 B.Ed in Foundation Course, ST-1 B.Ed in Foundation Course)
Age Limit : Age should not exceed 65 years as on date of advertisement.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree in Science/Humanities/Arts with 50% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognized University.
Desirable: 05 years of Experience in coordinating and teaching B.Ed Course in NCTE recognized Institutions.
