Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University GGSIP, is a dynamic growth oriented organization established to facilitate and promote studies and research in emerging areas of higher education with focus on professional education. The University invites applications, on the prescribed form, for the post of Assistant Professors in the University School of Information & Communication Technology (USICT) in the following disciplines on purely temporary and contract basis for six months or till the positions are filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier :-

1. Assistant Professor Discipline/ Specialization : In Computer Science & Engg./ Information Technology (CSE/IT).
No of post : 05 posts
Scale of Pay : Rs. 38,880/- per month
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree with a first class or a equivalent grade in relevant discipline. For the Candidates not having qualification of M. Tech./MBA, a Doctoral Degree is a must for the post of Assistant Professor. Regarding NET, UGC guidelines shall be followed wherever applicable from time to time.

2. Assistant Professor Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) :
No of post : 05 posts
Scale of Pay : Rs. 38,880/- per month
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree with a first class or a equivalent grade in relevant discipline. For the Candidates not having qualification of M. Tech./MBA, a Doctoral Degree is a must for the post of Assistant Professor. Regarding NET, UGC guidelines shall be followed wherever applicable from time to time.
