1. Senior Law Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeing 40 years as on 30.9.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000/- Consolidated remuneration per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent; and (b) 07 Years experience at Bar.
Desirable : Experience of dealing with land, revenue, service matters etc.

2. Junior Law Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeing 35 years as on 30.9.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 27,000/- Consolidated remuneration per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent; and (b) 07 Years experience at Bar.
Desirable : Experience of dealing with land, revenue, service matters etc.

3. Assistant Director (Planning) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeing 30 years as on 30.9.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32,000/- Consolidated remuneration per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent; and (b) 07 Years experience at Bar.
Desirable : Experience of dealing with land, revenue, service matters etc.

4. Deputy Director (Architect) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeing 40 years as on 30.9.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000/- Consolidated remuneration per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Master of Architecture in Urban Design or Conservation or Landscape or Building Engineer. ii) Degree in Architecture from a recognized University / Institution or equivalent. iii) At least 5 years experience in an Architectural Office in a responsible capacity. iv) Membership of the Council of Architecture.
Desirable:- Associate Membership of the Indian Institute of Architects or equivalent.

5. Assistant Director (Architect) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeing 35 years as on 30.9.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32,000/- Consolidated remuneration per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Post Graduate qualification either in Architecture or in Urban Design or conservation or landscape or building engineer. ii) Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. iii) Membership of the Council of Architecture.
Desirable:- i) Associate Membership of the Institute or equivalent. ii) Two years experience in a responsible capacity.

6. Architectural Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeing 35 years as on 30.9.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32,000/- Consolidated remuneration per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Post Graduate qualification either in Architecture or in Urban Design or conservation or landscape or building engineer. ii) Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. iii) Membership of the Council of Architecture.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 26,000/- Consolidated remuneration per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.
Venue, Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview : Conference hall, B-Block, Ground floor, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023. 10.00 A.M onwards on 23.09.2013.
