National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited, NBCC, “A” NAVRATNA Category-I CPSU. Walk-in-interview at NBCC Ltd., requires dynamic and result oriented persons on Contract basis initially for 2 years. post : Deputy Manager, Draftsman, Project Executive, Designer, Deputy Manager

1. Deputy Manager E-2 :
No of post : 04 Posts (Arch. & Planning-02, Structural-01, PHE, Estimation-01)
Age Limit : Not more than 33 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,600 to 46,500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time Degree in Architecture from Government recognized Institute / University with 60 % aggregate marks. 03 years post qualification experience in planning & designing and detailing of buildings such as housing, commercial complexes, institutional, industrial including interior designing. Knowledge of AUTOCAD and 3D software for generation of walk through / walk around animation presentations etc. Candidates should have knowledge and proficiency in use of Computer operation.

2. Executive :
No of post : 05 Posts (Arch. & Planning-02, Structural-02, Estimation-01)
Age Limit : Not more than 25 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,600 to 32,500/- per month + (IDA).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University / Institute with 60 % aggregate marks & Final / Direct final examination in Building & Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Surveyors or equivalent.

3. 3 D Designer :
No of post : 01 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 25 years.
Scale of Pay : S-2 Rs. 9,760 (Open Ended) (IDA) + 3% increment.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A graduate with certification course in 3 D Max Studio, adobe Photoshop. Should have 03 years experience in making 3 D views. And having an experience of working with adobe Photoshop.

4. Draftsman (Structural) :
No of post : 01 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 25 years.
Scale of Pay : E0 Rs. 12,600-32,500 (IDA)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Civil draftsman from Government recognized Institute. 02 Years Experience. Proficiency in use of Auto – cad.

5. Project Executive :
No of post : 02 Posts (Civil-01, Electrical-01)
Age Limit : Not more than 25 years.
Scale of Pay : E0 Rs. 12,600-32,500 (IDA)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University / Institute with 60 % aggregate marks.
