National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, NIELIT, Shimla Training Courses are available at our following Extension Centres, Shimla needs following personnel to be employed on Contract Basis for various Projects in HP. post : Faculty (IT), Hardware & Network Engineer, Computer Operators, Supervisor-cum-Database Administrator, Programmer

1. Faculty (IT) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NIELIT Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8,000/- Consolidated monthly.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E./B. Tech. (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / Information Technology) / MCA / ’B’ Level of NIELIT OR Master Degree in Computer Science / IT with one year experience in Software Development / Computer Training.

2. Hardware & Network Engineer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NIELIT Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8,000/- Consolidated monthly.
Essential Qualification & Experience : BCA with knowledge of H/W maintenance & Networking OR 10+2 with 3 year Polytechnic Diploma / Diploma in Networking / Diploma in Hardware and 1 year job Experience in Hardware Maintenance or as networking Engineer or Customer Support Executive.

3. Computer Operators :
No of post : 09 Posts
Age Limit : As per NIELIT Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 7,000/- Consolidated monthly.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Com / Graduate with one year Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Applications (PGDCA) / NIELIT ‘A’ Level / NIELIT Diploma.

4. Supervisor-cum-Database Administrator :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NIELIT Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,000/- Consolidated monthly.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E./B. Tech (Computer Science / Electronics & communication / Information Technology) / MCA / ‘B’ level of NIELIT with one year experience in Software development / Database Administration / Software Project Management with knowledge of Hardware and Networking.

5. Programmer :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : As per NIELIT Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,000/- Consolidated monthly.
Essential Qualification & Experience : BCA / BSc (IT/CS) with Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Applications / NIELIT Diploma / NIELIT ’A’ Level and three years of experience in Software development using VB, ASP / ASPX, JAVA, D2K, SQL SERVER / ORACLE 8i / 9i /DBA, Win NT / Linux with knowledge of Hardware and Networking / Software Projects Management.
