Safdarjang Hospital, SJH, Govt. of India, proposes to fill up the posts mentioned in the annexure to this circular, on contract basis for the following medical Surgeon Posts :

1. Specialist Grade II (Sports Medicine) : (Non Teaching sub-cadre of CHS) for Sports Injury Centre, S.J. Hospital.
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Specialty as mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule-VI or equivalent. Three years experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post-graduate degree or 5 years experience after obtaining the Post-graduate diploma.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 55,000/- per month consolidated.
Age Limit : Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age.
Date for Interview : 22.11.2010.

2. Dental Surgeon :  
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Qualification included in part I or Part II of the Schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948 (16 of 1948). Should be registered with a Dental Council. MDS prosthodontics having three years teaching experience.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 55,000/- per month consolidated.
Age Limit : Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age.
Date for Interview : 22.11.2010.

3. Asstt. Professor (Cardiology) : In Teaching sub-cadre of CHS.
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : An MBBS qualification recognized by Medical Council of India. Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned Super Specialty as mentioned in Section-A of Schedule-VI or equivalent. Three years teaching experience as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator / Registrar in the concerned Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining Post-graduate degree.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 55,000/- per month consolidated.
Age Limit : Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age.
Date for Interview : 22.11.2010.
 
Medical Physicist :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (A)  M.Sc. in Radiological Physics or Medical Physics from a recognized University; or (B) M.Sc. in General Physics with one year postgraduate diploma course in Radiological or Medical Physics conducted by BARC or its equivalent.
Desirable: Two years experience of working in a Radiotherapy department/ Medical Physics.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32670/- per month consolidated.
Age Limit : Candidate should not be more than 35 years of age.
Date for Interview : 22.11.2010.
