Delhi Development Authority, DDA, The posts are temporary and engagement is purely on contractual basis for a period of 1 year and will confer no right to the candidates to permanent employment against said posts Senior Consultant LS, Landscape Architect, Architect, Draughtsman

1. Senior Consultant LS :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : Between Rs. 50000 to 63000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Master Degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning, Conservation Architecture and Urban Design from a recognized University. (b) Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Town Planning or Horticulture/Botany Agriculture from a recognized University. (c) Knowledge of GIS Software Application. (d) 03 to 05 years experience.
Venue, Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview : Conference Hall, B-Block, Ground Floor, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023, Registration for interview/checking of documents from 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. on Date: 09.12.2013 Late comers will not be allowed.

2. Landscape Architect :
No of post : 07 Posts (UR-05, OBC-01, SC-01)
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 43000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Master Degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning, Conservation Architecture and Urban Design from a recognized University. (b) Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Town Planning or Horticulture/Botany Agriculture from a recognized University. (c) Knowledge of GIS Software Application. (d) Must have 01 year experience.

3. Architect :
No of post : 02 Posts (UR-02)
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Bachelor Degree in Architecture from a recognized University. (b) Knowledge of GIS Software Application. (c) Must have 01 year experience.
Venue, Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview : Conference Hall, B-Block, Ground Floor, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023, Registration for interview/checking of documents from 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. on Date: 11.12.2013. Late comers will not be allowed.

4. Draughtsman :
No of post : 17 Posts (UR-10, OBC-04, SC-02, ST-01)
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 17000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Diploma in Draughtsmanship/Architectural Assistantship/Certificate Course. (b) Knowledge of software like Auto CAD. (c) Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil/Architectural Draughting in a reputed organization is required after passing the Diploma (three years) in Draughtsmanship or Architectural Assistantship. (d) Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil / Architectural Draughting in a reputed organization.
