Jadavpur University, Applications are invited in prescribed from for the following Project-linked post in the Project “Assessing Health, Livelihoods, Ecosystem Services and Poverty Alleviation in Populous Deltas” funded by Natural Environ- mental Research Council (NERC), in collaboration with University of Southampton (UK) of the School of Oceanographic Studies, Jadavpur University (PI: Dr. Tuhin Ghosh). The appointment is purely temporary. The appointment may be terminated with one month’s notice on either side. post : Project Scientist

Project Scientist :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 35000/- per month (consolidated)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS with minimum three years’ experience.
Desirable : PhD awarded or submitted at the time of interview.

The applicant has to appear for a Walk-in-interview with completed application form and attested copies of all the relevant certificates and mark sheets. Held on 26th September at 3:00 PM in School of Oceanographic Studies, Jadavpur University.

Fees/Application Fee:
Application forms are obtainable from Information office of the University during working hours (11 am to 4 pm) from Monday to Friday except holidays on payment of Rs. 50/- only.
