Aruna Asaf Ali Government Hospital, AAAGH, Applications are invited in prescribed format for the vacant and likely to become vacant posts of Junior and Senior Resident on regular basis in Aruna Asaf Ali Govt. Hospital, 5-Rajpur Road, Delhi.

1. Senior Resident :
No of post : 26 posts (UR-13, SC-04, ST-01, OBC-08),
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS with P.G. Degree in the concerned specialty from a Recognized University/Institution and should be Registered with Delhi Medical Council.
Note: Candidate with Diploma will only be considered, if  P.G. Degree Candidates are not  available.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- plus usual allowance as admissible under the rules.
Age Limit : Below 35 years on 04th  March. 2011. Relaxable for SC/ST by 05 years, and for OBC by 03 years (OBC candidates are required to submit their caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi).

2. Junior Resident :
No of post : 29 posts (UR-15, SC-05, ST-02, OBC-07),
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS from recognized university, internship completion certificate, registered with Delhi Medical Council. The candidate having completed compulsory rotatory internship before  04.03.2009 need not apply and if applied, will not be considered.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- plus usual allowance as admissible under the rules.
Age Limit : Below 30 years on 04th  March. 2011. Relaxable for SC/ST by 05 years, and for OBC by 03 years (OBC candidates are required to submit their caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi).

How to apply for above post :
The application for both Senior and Junior Residency duly completed along with attested photocopies of certificates, i.e., 10th pass certificate (Date of Birth), mark sheet of MBBS (I, II & III Professional), Attempt certificate, Internship Complete Certificate, DMC (Delhi Medical Council) registration, PG Degree, Caste Certificate is case of reserved category, must reach the office of the Medical Superintendent by 04.03.2011 upto 1:00 PM.

Fees : A fee of Rs. 200/- for General/OBC Candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST Candidates in the form of Cash Receipt from Accounts Branch, AAAGH, Delhi-110054, must accompany the application form. However, candidates applying form other states other than Delhi can pay fee in the form of DD valid for 6 month in favour of DDO, AAAGH.

Last Date of Application Submission : 04.03.2011 upto 1:00 PM.
