Kendriya Vidyalaya, KV, Candidates walk-in-interveiew in the office of the Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Air Force Station, Sector- 14, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon-122001.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, KV, Walk-in-interview will be held on 25.03.2011 in the office of the Principal, KV, AFS, Sector – 14, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon to prepare a panel for the posts of PGTs/ TGTs/ PRTs in all subjects– computer instructor, coaches for different games & sports, spoken English, art & craft & German language teachers jointly for both KV, AFS, Sector-14 & KV, Sohna Road, Gurgaon on part-time contractual basis for the session 2011-12 to meet requirements on the basis of as & when required.

PGTs/ TGTs/ PRTs in all subjects :
1. PRTs :
Essential Qualification & Experience : Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education on NCERT in the concerned subject ; or Master’s Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate.

2. TGTs :
Essential Qualification & Experience : Four years’ Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with atleast50% marks in aggregate ; or Second Class Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 50% marks in the concerned subject (s) and in aggregate including electives and Languages in the combination of subjects.

3. PRTs :
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent, and ii) Diploma or Certificate in Basic Teachers’ Training of a duration of not less than two years; or Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed); or B.Ed or equivalent.
Desirable : 1. Knowledge of Computer Applications. 2. Competence to teach through Hindi & English.

4. Sport Coaches :
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or its equivalent with specialization.

5. Computer Instructor :
Essential Qualification & Experience : a) BCA or Equivalent Degree Minimum 50% Marks. b) PGDCA or ‘A’ level diploma of DOEACC.

6. Spoken English Teacher :
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with English as one of the subject  with good communication skill.
Desirable: Candidates must have 6 Months diploma in Spoken English. 

7. Counsellor :
Essential Qualification & Experience : PG/Graduate with 50% Marks and degree/ diploma in Guidance & Counseling/ MA in Psychology/ M.Ed. with Guidance & Counseling.

8. Activity Teacher :
(a) Art & Craft
Essential Qualification & Experience : Professional Degree/Diploma in concern subject.
(b) Music
Essential Qualification & Experience : Professional Degree/Diploma in concern subject.
(c) Drawing Teacher
Essential Qualification & Experience : Professional Degree/Diploma in concern subject

9. General Languages Teacher :
Essential Qualification & Experience : B 2/C 1 Level of Common European Frame work for languages or Bachelor’s degree/diploma in German from Indian Universities with minimum 50% of marks.   

Note:
i. The Posts are purely contractual / temporary and do not confer any right to get regular appointment.
ii. Reporting time for candidates is 8:00 am sharp.
iii. Please bring original certificates / testimonials for verification at the time of interview on 25.03.2011 from 8:00am to 9:00am.
iii. Candidates applying for more than one post will be interviewed for the highest post only.
