A. Project entitled “DDT residues in human milk, whole blood and adipose tissue form DDT spray areas and areas where DDT not sprayed during 2010-2011” for the period of one year.
 
1. Project Scientist :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : M. Sc Chemistry/Environmental Science/Life Science with three year Research experience.
Desirable: Ph. D in relevant field and practical experience in LCMSMS/GCMSMS and pesticide analysis.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance.     
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 Years. Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules or deserving candidate.
Walk-in-Interview: Thursday, 6th January, 2011 at 11 A.M, Place of Duty in NIMR, Hardwar.

2. Project Fellow :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : M. Sc. Chemistry/Environmental Science/Life Science.
Desirable: Experience on pesticide analysis and chematography techniques.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance.    
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 Years. Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules or deserving candidate.
Walk-in-Interview: Saturday, 8th January, 2011 at 11 A.M, Place of Duty in NIMR, Hardwar.

3. Lab Assistant :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Science.
Desirable: One year experience in lab.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance.     
Age Limit : Not to exceed 28 Years. Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules or deserving candidate.
Walk-in-Interview: Sunday, 9th January, 2011 at 11 A.M, Place of Duty in NIMR, Hardwar.

B. Project entitled “Controlled study of possible adverse effects of DDT, used for indoor residual spraying on human reproductive health” for the period of one year.

I. Junior Project Fellow :

Essential Qualification & Experience : M. Sc. Chemistry/Environmental Science/Life Science.
Desirable: Experience on pesticide analysis and chematography techniques.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance.     
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 Years. Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules or deserving candidate.
