Walk in interview for the posts of Assistant Professor in the teaching sub-cadre (Faculty) on purely contract basis for a period of one year in the following specialties on the dates mentioned against each in Office of the Director, Lady Hardinge Medical College & Smt. S. K. Hospital, New Delhi:-
 
Assistant Professor for Faculty (Teaching) :
No of Post : 90 posts
Essential Qualification & Experience : MD in Transfusion Medicine or MD in Pathology with Experience of 6 months in Blood Bank. A recognized Post Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty. At least three years teaching experience in a recognized teaching Institution in the
concerned specialty as /Lecturer/Tutor/Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Senior Resident after the requisite postgraduate degree qualification.
Scale of Pay : Selected candidates will be paid total emoluments of Rs. 55,000/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45 years. Relaxable for Government Servants, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes candidates. Upper age limit up to 5 years is relaxable for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.

The eligible candidates will present themselves for registration at 09.30 am to 10.30 am in Convocation Hall near Director’s Office. The day specified for the Interview of a particular speciality alongwith the application duly filled in the prescribed format with all relevant documents in Original (i.e. Certificate in support of age, educational qualifications, Experience, Medical registration, attempt certificate and mark sheets) together with the attested copies (by Gr. A Gazetted Officer) in support of their candidature for the post. Date of interview from 02.08.2010 to 23.08.2010 at 09.30 am to 10.30 am.
