Department of Educational Surveys and Data Processing, DESDP, NCERT invites applications from eligible candidates for a walk-ininterview for the following project vacancies under 8th All India Educational Survey being conducted by the Department of Educational Surveys and Data Processing. Initially, the appointments will be made for a period of one year but are likely to continue for another year.
 
1. Survey Associate :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Second Class Masters Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Economics with training in computer programming of at least one year duration.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10,000/- Consolidated emoluments per month.

2. Computer system Analyst :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : At least Second Class Masters Degree in computer applications / M.Sc. Computers / PG Diploma in computer Science with one year experience in the area.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10,000/- Consolidated emoluments per month.

3. Project Steno/Computer Operators :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with proficiency in Stenography and Word Processing and Data Base Management System.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10,000/- Consolidated emoluments per month.

Selection Process :
For the post of Research Associate and Computer System Analyst: only personal interview.
For the post of Account Assistant: Skill test and Personal Interview.
