Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, GBPEC, Walk-in-interviews for appointment to the following posts of Technical Supporting Staff will be held as per the schedule mentioned against each. The appointment will be purely on contractual basis for ONE YEAR or till such time the posts are filled on regular basis through DSSSB, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
 
1. Mechanical & Automation Engineering :
No of Post : 02 (UR-2), Engineering 01 (SC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 14,427/- Contractual Salary Per Months.

2. Electronics & Communication Engineering :
No of Post : 01 (UR-1), Engineering 01 (OBC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9,817/- Contractual Salary Per Months.

3. Electrical Engineering :
No of Post : 01 (OBC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9,817/- Contractual Salary Per Months.

4. Library :
No of Post : 01 (UR-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 14,427/- Contractual Salary Per Months.

Other Terms & Conditions : The payment will be on a consolidated salary indicated as above, which includes minimum of the pay band+ grade pay + DA, and does not include HRA, TA, or any other financial allowances / compensation. Retired persons below the age of 65 years can also apply; however, for such persons, if appointed, pay will be fixed as per the provisions contained in the CCS (re-employed pensioners) Rules 1986. Appointment to the above posts is purely a stop-gap arrangement and for a period & conditions stated above. Interested persons should bring their written/typed application addressed to the Principal, GBPEC and submit the same in the office of Administrative Officer of the institute at the time of interview along with complete documents (application on plain paper, original certificates along with on attested copy of each, one passport size photograph etc.). They may submit, if they so wish, these documents in advance also.
