Scale of Pay: Rs. 16,750-400-19,150-450-20,500,
Qualification: Must be advocates of not less than seven years standing as on the first day of January 2008.
How to apply for above post:
The last date for submission of duly completed form before the Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital is 31/10/2008 by 5.00 P.M. The envelope containing the Application Form must clearly mention on its top “Application for the H.J.S.-2008-II”. The High Court will not be responsible for any delay whatsoever. Application received after the last date shall be rejected summarily. The list of candidates eligible to appear in preliminary examination shall be published on the High Court website by 7th November, 2008.
Fees:
Examination Fees Rs. 300/- by candidates belonging to General and Other Backward Classes and Rs. 200/- by candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes shall be payable in favour of ’Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital’ by way of account payee Demand Draft of any Bank payable at Nainital.
